How often you use your mobility scooter or power chair determines how often you should charge your batteries.

If you use your mobility scooter or power chair daily, charge the batteries as soon as you finish using your mobility product for the day. We recommend charging your batteries for at least eight to 14 hours after daily use. If you use your mobility scooter or power chair less frequently, we recommend charging the batteries eight to 14 hours twice a week for a maintenance charge. We do not recommend charging the batteries for longer than 14 hours. Refer to the owner’s manual supplied with your battery charger for additional information.

No, our mobility scooters are designed to bear the weight of one individual (the user). We recommend against carrying a person with you on your mobility scooter. If you try to do so, your mobility scooter can topple, and both you and the passenger may get injured.

Your power chair comes with an ABS plastic body shroud that allows it to be easily wiped clean. Use a damp cloth to clean the plastic and metal parts of the unit. You can use a mild, non-abrasive cleanser. If necessary, the power chair can be cleaned with an approved disinfectant, but not before making sure that the disinfectant is safe for use on the chair. Please avoid using any products that may scratch the surface of your power chair and keep your chair clean and free of foreign material, such as mud, dirt, food, drink, etc.
